Acceptance
By using KeeperOS you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service and licensing
Access and features are governed by your organization’s plan tier and license status. You must not exceed your seat limit or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (e.g. GBP for GB, EUR for EU, USD or regional PPP where applicable). Prices are monthly unless otherwise stated. Currency is determined by location (e.g. CF-IPCountry or equivalent); display is for convenience and does not change your contractual currency where different.
Grandfathered pricing
If you were on a plan or price before a change, we may grandfather your existing price for the duration of your then-current term. We will notify you before applying any new price to your account. Grandfathered pricing does not apply to new seats or plan upgrades unless we explicitly agree in writing.
